Over the past year, we have made an intentional effort to expand both access and services for our patients. These improvements include increased telemedicine availability and strengthened after-hours coverage — giving you more ways to reach us when and how you need care. Delivering these expanded services requires ongoing investment in staffing, technology, and infrastructure. To sustain them, beginning August 1, 2026 our Comprehensive Administrative Family Plan fee will be updated as follows: The fee for one child will be $30 per month. The fee for each additional child within the same family will remain at $15 per month with a maximum of $60 per month per family.

We are updating our weekend sick visit schedules as we are striving to offer availability for our CCWS patients when the demand for those appointments is highest. We will offer appointments on Saturday mornings for urgent sick visits. Please text our office number before 10:00am on Saturday if you need to schedule an appointment. Should you have questions about needing an appointment outside of these hours, our physicians will be available to offer recommendations on whether a telemedicine or urgent appointment is needed or to schedule your child for an appointment the following week.  On the rare occasion that neither Dr. Brown or Dr. Hanes are available on a weekend, there will be directions on how to reach the pediatricians providing back up coverage for our clinic

We are excited to share that Dr. Brown offers lactation visits for any new mom in our community who may be looking for some extra support iwth breastfeeding.

We're open! After a year of dreaming and planning, the doors to CCWS opened on Monday, October 9th and we were delighted to welcome our patients into our clinic!

We are excited to be gaining momentum and entering the final stretch before opening our doors on October 9, 2023! Clinic Space (work in process) We are starting to feel official watching the name of our clinic go up on the outside of the Greentree I Building (at the intersection of Westgate Center Drive and Westbrook Plaza Drive) and getting our mailbox key so we can officially start receiving mail at the office! The clinic buildout is finally complete and now we're busy moving furniture and decorating!  Insurance Contracting (work in process) This week we received our Aetna contract! We're now officially contracted with Cigna, Medcost,Tricare, all the Medicaid plans except AmeriHealth and several other insurers (see a complete list on our website under the "Office Info" tab and "Insurance & Billing" section)....
