CAFP Fee Increase Effective August 1, 2026
Over the past year, we have made an intentional effort to expand both access and services for our patients. These improvements include increased telemedicine availability and strengthened after-hours coverage — giving you more ways to reach us when and how you need care.
Delivering these expanded services requires ongoing investment in staffing, technology, and infrastructure. To sustain them, beginning August 1, 2026 our Comprehensive Administrative Family Plan fee will be updated as follows:
- The fee for one child will be $30 per month.
- The fee for each additional child within the same family will remain at $15 per month with a maximum of $60 per month per family.

This administrative fee supports our goal to keep our practice small without increasing patient volume to cover rising operational costs—something that would dilute the personalized care we take pride in providing.
