Are You Expecting?
Congratulations!
Starting a family or welcoming another child into your family is the start of an incredible adventure.

Along with the anticipation of pregnancy, the excitement of delivery, and then bringing your little one home, there are bound to be times when you have questions about how to best care for your baby and family.
We are here for you and your family.
We are excited that you are considering us for your child’s care. It is our privilege to walk alongside your family for all the joys and challenges that lie ahead. Being there for each step along the way and watching your child grow from infancy to adulthood is one of the best things about working in pediatrics.
First Appointment
Please Bring The Following
To Your First Appointment:
- Any paperwork from the hospital.
- Any available insurance information (often only the parent’s insurance is available at the first visit)
Also, please complete our
Patient Registration form
prior to your visit to apply to join our practice.
First Appointment
A few weeks before delivery, call the office to let us know you are expecting and to learn about our clinic and our practice model. We'll get you registered in our system ahead of time so that, when the happy day is here, you can tell the hospital staff that you have chosen us as your pediatrician and they'll be able to send your records to us. Then just call or text our clinic when your baby has arrived so we can schedule your first clinic visit for the day after your baby comes home from the hospital.
Insurance reminder - add your newborn!
New parents don’t always know, or they may forget during the busy, crazy, wonderful days that follow the birth of a child, that babies are not automatically covered on all insurance plans. Parents must contact your health insurance provider immediately to add your child to your policy. For most insurers, this must be done within 30 days of your child’s birth.
