Our Providers

Denise Cromer was born and raised here in Winston Salem, and even stayed local to get her nursing degree from Forsyth Tech in 2018. She has been a nurse for 6 years now, spending 5 of those years in working in pediatrics. After graduating from nursing school, she spent the first few months working on a medical- surgical floor at the hospital but was then offered a pediatric nursing position where she was fortunate to meet not only her adoring husband (yes how crazy!!), but also got paired working with Dr. Caroline Brown!! Outside of the office, Denise loves spending time with her husband, and their two kids Riley and Hallie. You can often find them outside playing or swimming, find Denise trying out a new Magnolia Home recipe, cheering on UNC (Go Heels!!), and serving at Two Cities Church in WS. Denise has a huge heart for pediatrics and is so thankful that to have the privilege and joy in taking care of kids!!
